Store Policies

Refund policy

We have a no-return policy, which means you may not return any items purchased.  


To be eligible for store credit, your item must be lost or damaged in transit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or order number, and proof of damage or missing package.


To start the process, you can contact us at afterglowcandlesllc@gmail.com, and include a picture of the damaged products. If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a store credit via email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
There are no exchanges allowed. Please read the item descriptions prior to purchase. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed and inspected your claim, and let you know if the store credit is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically emailed a store credit to the email used during purchase. There are no cash refunds.
